11. Do you accept returns for a purchased product?
We do not accept returns for our products unless damaged in transit. The product however can only be returned if it is unused - even in case of a damaged product. A soap that has a few broken bits or pieces do not count as a damaged product since this can happen during shipping and does not hamper the quality of the product. ​

12. How long will it take for my order to reach me?
We generally need 2 working days to process your order before shipping it out to you. Shipping times vary depending upon your location. Shipping within Delhi NCR generally takes 2-4 days once the order is dispatched.
