1. What makes your soap so unique as compared to the ones commercially available?

All our soaps are handcrafted in small batches unlike commercially produced ones that are produced in bulk. We use traditional cold-process and/or hot process methods to make our soaps which is a science that requires a lot of precision and practice. Majority of our soaps are made with 100% cold-pressed oils and unrefined butters and are rich in fatty acids and glycerin that are highly nourishing and skin loving, unlike commercially produced soaps that are made with harsher chemicals and hardening agents. Our glycerin soaps are also made using premium quality bases that are rich in glycerin and fatty acid profiles. 


2. Are your soaps SLS , Paraben free and cruelty free?

They sure are!

3. Are your soaps vegan friendly? 

We carry a few soaps that are vegan friendly. Be sure to check the ingredient list before purchasing! All ingredients are mentioned on the respective product pages! 

4. Why does restocking take time?

We are a small business and hand-make all our products. Restocking is done depending upon the sale and demand of a product and cold-process and hot process soaps need to be cured for a minimum of 4-6 weeks before they can be sold. But we do try to make a fresh batch before the old one runs out so that you can always come back to your favourites whenever you run out! 

5. Can we buy sample sizes before investing in a full size bar?

Yes, we offer sample sizes for most of our soaps. Please contact us on the details given on our website to place your order. We will also be releasing sample packs soon. To stay updated about the same, please subscribe to our newsletter!

6. Do you make customised soaps?

We will be happy to customise a soap as per your requirements but we do need a certain minimum order quantity for the same. Please contact us on the contact details mentioned below and we will be happy to help you. 

7. Do you accept returns for a purchased product?

Due to hygiene purposes, we cannot accept returns for any of our products. However, in a case where you end up receiving a product that is physically damaged, please get in touch with us along with proof of damage and we will be happy to help you out. The product however can only be returned if it is unused - even in case of a damaged product. A soap that has a few broken bits or pieces do not count as a damaged product since this can happen during shipping and does not hamper the quality of the product.  

8. Can I track my order?

Yes, we will send you tracking details once your order is shipped out. 

9. How long will it take for my order to reach me?

We generally need 2-4 working days to process your order before shipping it out to you. Shipping times vary depending upon your location. Shipping within Delhi NCR generally takes 2-4 days once the order is dispatched. 10. Do you also take international orders? 

We do not accept international orders on our website, but please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help you out! 

11. What are your shipping charges?

We charge a flat rate of Rs. 80/- for PAN India orders. Shipping is free on orders over Rs. 2000/-.

12. How long can I wait to open and use your Artisan Soaps?

We recommend you use our products within 12 months for the best results, as the color and fragrances may begin to fade after that amount of time.  However, our soaps will still get you clean after the fragrance and colors are long gone!
