Shuddhi, our Congestion Relief Concentrate is made using a mix of essential oils like Thyme, Juniperberry, Cajeput & Frankincence, and provides relief from problems like cold and nasal congestion. To use, mix 5 drops of concentrate with a warm carrier oil like sesame and apply to chest before sleeping. Inhaling the aroma of this blend can also provide relief from congestion.
